VIBES Hot Power Vinyasa Level 2/3 
Hot Power Vinyasa is taught in a heated room which allows your body to dive deeper and sweat out toxins. A playful and fluid class based on thoughtful and creative sequencing to get your heart (and blood) pumping with a playlist that'll keep your toes tapping hours later! This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connect to your breath.
Class is best suited for those with a strong yoga practice and foundation. Modifications are welcome and the opportunity to explore new postures with supported direction is given. 

Infused with yogic philosophy, hand mudras, breath pranayamas, and insightful intentions. This class will generally create an arc sequence leading toward peak postures; carefully lending the appropriate paired asanas to safely guide you along your journey. A perfect balance of challenge and play, this class is open to all that want to deepen their practice.


Sculpt and Flow (heated)
Focusing on both flexibility and strengthening, this challenging class incorporates a dynamic vinyasa flow with low impact weight training, short burst plyometric exercises, and core exercises that will increase your endurance, cardiovascular thresholds, bone density and muscular strength. Expect more advanced postures, arm balances, and moving with your breath in a heated room. Modifications are taught and welcomed in class. You can count on a fun playlist with high energy music throughout.
