Vinyasa Flow 
A playful, fluid, and intelligently sequenced class that invites you to explore movement with curiosity, strength, and breath. Thoughtful creative sequencing builds heat and momentum, supporting cardiovascular health, balance, and full-body strength—while leaving space for exploration, adaptation, and rest. Expect an engaging playlist and a practice that feels both energizing and grounding.

This is a multi-level class designed for all bodies. Options, modifications, and progressive layers are offered throughout, allowing each student to move in ways that honor their unique structure, energy, and experience. Students with a steady foundation will find opportunities to explore more challenging shapes, while others are supported in building strength and confidence at their own pace.

Classes are infused with yogic philosophy, breathwork (pranayama), hand mudras, and intentional themes. Sequences often follow a thoughtful arc toward peak postures, using intelligently paired asanas to support safety, sustainability, and choice. A balanced blend of challenge and play, this class welcomes anyone interested in deepening their relationship to practice—however that looks for them.

Sculpt & Flow 
A dynamic fusion of mindful vinyasa flow and functional strength training, designed to build resilience, endurance, and confidence. This class weaves together fluid yoga sequencing with low-impact weight work, core engagement, and short bursts of cardio—supporting bone density, muscular strength, and cardiovascular health in a heated environment.

Taught with a multi-level, inclusive approach, Sculpt & Flow offers clear options and modifications so students can tailor intensity to their own needs and goals. Expect opportunities to explore strength-building postures, arm balances, and breath-led movement—alongside accessible alternatives that prioritize sustainability and smart alignment.
